Welcome to the 31th issc 2020
On behalf of the ISSC 2019 Organising Committee, we are delighted to be hosting the Irish Signals and Systems Conference (ISSC) 2019 at Maynooth University. We would like to take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to all prospective participants of conference.
The ISSC is currently the premier annual research forum in Ireland addressing all aspects of signals and systems including both applications and fundamentals. The conference aims to bring together researchers from the electronic engineering and computer science communities in a friendly and open atmosphere to exchange ideas of common interest and present the latest findings, advances, and developments in the broad area of signals and systems. Over the last 30 years, the ISSC has been successful in this aim, bringing together knowledgeable researchers, scientists, and engineers, from industry and academia throughout the island of Ireland, the UK and further afield internationally.
The conference usually has significant contributions in the areas of signal processing, control and automation, communications, ICT related concepts, and engineering and science education. These contributions take the form of theory, design, and implementation descriptions for a wide variety of application areas. This year we particularly encourage contributions in the area of Robotics, Intelligent Devices, and Communications.
We would like to invite all reasearchers working in the areas listed above or any of the conference topics to submit their research and actively participate in ISSC 2019 where you will find a supportive and interested audicence for all delegates and postgraduate students in particular.
We will update this page again after all the papers have been reviewed and conference schedule has been posted. In the mean time, we anticipate that you will find the conference interesting and stimulating, and an enjoyable social gathering in Maynooth. We invite your participation in ISSC 2019 and wish you every success in that regard.
